MALAKAS MAGHILIK?

Sagutan ang checklist responsibly at gamitin ito bilang guide—not as self-diagnosis.

⚠️ Important reminder: The STOP-Bang Questionnaire is a screening tool only and NOT a diagnostic test. If you score high or suspect OSA, bring the results to a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and guidance.

Because sometimes, the warning signs happen while we’re asleep.

✨ Rituals of Renewal: Guarding Against Burnout in 2026

The World Health Organization defines burnout as a syndrome born of chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed—marked by exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced effectiveness.

But burnout is not inevitable. It can be prevented when we choose to step back, care for ourselves, and honor the rituals that restore our spirit.

For me, it has become a daily ritual:

• Exercise to strengthen resilience
• Good sleep to restore clarity
• Reading to expand perspective
• Stoicism to accept what I cannot control
• Kindness to connect and uplift
• Purpose to anchor my days in meaning

The consequences of ignoring burnout are devastating—health declines, trust erodes, hope fades. Yet the antidote lies in simple, intentional acts that remind us we are human beings, not machines.

Burnout is not a badge of honor. Renewal is.
And in choosing renewal, we guard our dignity, our joy, and our relentless drive for change.
