LHMRH Named Top-Performing DOH Hospital in the Cordillera
Luis Hora Memorial Regional Hospital (LHMRH) has been recognized with the Outstanding Performance Award by the Department of Budget and Management – Cordillera Administrative Region (DBM-CAR) for its strong performance in public health service delivery and institutional governance.
The recognition was announced during the Agency Performance Review (APR) Mid-Year Dialogue with the Department of Health–Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CAR), where LHMRH recorded the highest FY 2025 Agency Performance Review score of 4.60 among the five DOH-retained hospitals and treatment centers in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
The award highlights the hospital's collective efforts to uphold efficiency, accountability, and quality in delivering healthcare services to the communities it serves.
LHMRH attributed the achievement to the dedication and hard work of its entire workforce, as well as the leadership and guidance of Medical Center Chief II Dr. Eduardo B. Calpito, MHA, FPSMS.
Under his leadership, the hospital continues to strengthen its commitment to excellence in public health service delivery, institutional governance, and patient-centered care.
The recognition serves as both a milestone and a renewed commitment for LHMRH to maintain high standards of service and continuously improve healthcare delivery for the people of the Cordillera.
