With this we would like to inform that there will be no immunization tomorrow May 5,2026 , Nurses assign to the barangay will be helping out on the said activity..
We will be resuming vaccine on Wednesday May 6, 2026..
Available vaccine on the said date will be:
MMR and Pentavalent only.

Event Details & Guidelines
We are so excited to have you and your family join us! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s a quick guide for the day:
⏱️ Timing is Everything
The fun kicks off promptly at 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving a little early so you and your child can get settled in before we start!
👨👩👧👦 Who Can Join?
The Perfect Pair: This is a team effort! Both the parent/guardian and the child must be present together to participate.
Priority Ages: Our main focus for this activity is children (ages 3–12) and teens (ages 13–18), along with their guardians.
Everyone is Welcome: If you are 19 or older, you are more than welcome to join us for the Zumba session! Stretch out and enjoy the music with us.
🍱 Snacks
We are happy to provide refreshments for our younger participants and their primary guardians.
Each child or teen (ages 3–18) and accompanying parent/guardians will receive snacks/refreshments.
Extra Guests: If additional family members are coming along to cheer you on, please encourage them to bring extra packed lunch and snacks so they stay energized too!
✨ Free Services & Workshops
Once we’ve finished our Zumba session, we invite you to take advantage of these wonderful free services available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
🩺 Health & Medical Care
General Check-ups: Professional consultations, HEADDSS assessments (psychosocial screening), and nutrition counseling.
Specialized Care: Dental check-ups and eye screenings.
Lab Tests: Urine testing (RedCop), Blood Typing, and Hemoglobin/Hematocrit tests.
Pharmacy: Free vitamins and medicines.
Note: Medicine supplies are limited. For prescription-only (RX) drugs, please ensure you have a doctor's prescription. For updating of prescriptions, please bring your previous/old ones.
🎨 Learning & Creativity
Art Workshop: Artists or not! This is open to all interested participants who want to get creative.😉
Life Skills: Learn essential life-saving techniques like Basic Life Support (BLS) and FBAO (Foreign Body Airway Obstruction).
💧 Wellness & Support
Personal Care: Enjoy some self-care and pampering activities, plus hygiene kits to take home.
Community Support: YAKAP Empanelment, Water and Sanitation guidance, and more.
