Vitamin A--Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, mango, cantaloupe ⭐️Helps keep our eyes, skin, immune system, and growth healthy.
Vitamin C--Oranges, calamansi, guava, strawberries, kiwi, tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli
⭐️Helps support immunity, healthy skin, and wound healing.
Vitamin K --Spinach, kale, broccoli, lettuce, blueberries, figs
⭐️Helps with normal blood clotting and healthy bones.
Vitamin E Avocado, spinach, broccoli, kiwi
⭐️Helps protect our cells and supports the body's normal functions.
Folate (Vitamin B9) --Spinach, broccoli, lettuce, avocado, oranges ⭐️Helps the body make new cells and supports normal growth.
