By joining our voluntary blood donor registry, you may be contacted when our next bloodletting activity is scheduled. Your willingness to donate blood can help save lives and provide hope to individuals who may need blood during medical emergencies.

The school physician is available tomorrow, August 18, 2026 from 2pm until 5pm.

Students for evaluation of laboratory results, bring all necessary documents.

Students for issuance of medical certificate, make sure all laboratory results are complete and evaluated by the physician.

Students for 1st dose if Hepatitis B Vaccine, claim your payment slip at the clinic.

Please be guided.
