TO ALL OUR VALUED PATIENTS, PLEASE BE GUIDED WITH THE NEW CONSULTATION POLICY ‼️‼️‼️
To ensure safe, fair and efficient care for all children, St. Augustine Clinic follows this policy:
APPOINTMENT PATIENTS:
• Patients with scheduled appointments are given priority.
• Patients are seen according to their appointment time, not arrival time.
• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
• Late arrivals beyond the grace period may be moved to the walk-in queue, depending on clinic load.
• Same day appointments are not accepted. They will be considered as walk-ins.
WALK-IN PATIENTS:
• Walk-in patients are accepted based on availability.
• Walk-ins are seen after scheduled patients or between available appointment slots.
• Walk-in acceptance may be limited near clinic closing time.
URGENT / EMERGENCY CASES:
• Children with urgent symptoms (e.g., difficulty breathing, seizures, dehydration, high fever in infants) are prioritized immediately, regardless of appointment or walk-in status.
• Newborn and babies who will have their Rota Vaccine are prioritized as well.
NO-SHOW & REPEATED LATE POLICY
• Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in loss of appointment priority for future visits.
OUR COMMITMENT
We value your time and your child’s health. Thank you for your cooperation as we provide safe and quality pediatric care to all.
