Dahil ito sa RAPID INTENSIFICATION ng bagyo habang papalapit sa probinsya ng kung saan ito inaasahang tatama mamayang hapon.

NOTE: Gumagamit ng 1-min max. sustained winds ang JTWC kung kaya't mas mataas ang kanilang nakukuhang lakas ng bagyo kumpara sa JMA at PAGASA na gumagamit ng 10-min max. sustained winds.
