"Clinical Correlation":
Results ay Just One Piece of the Puzzle
🤔Bakit mayroong nakasulat sa ilalim ng results "best interpreted by a healthcare professional and are not intended to be used as the sole means for diagnosis ang management".
Ang isang result can be seen in more than 1 na karamdaman.
ex. Lahat ba ng mucoid p**p with wbc, rbc and Entamoeba histolytica/dispar trophozoite ay talagang amoebiasis ang cause ng symptoms?
NO. Puwedeng harmless E. dispar lang pala ang meron ang pasyente and something else pala is causing the wbc, rbc and symptoms.... let's say may mataas na fever ang patient at naadmit sa dehydration from pagtatae, culture may still need to be done to check if bacillary dysentery pala talaga ang sakit
