🤔Bakit mayroong nakasulat sa ilalim ng results "best interpreted by a healthcare professional and are not intended to be used as the sole means for diagnosis ang management".

🤓HINDI po 1:1 ang result at sakit. Ang test result ay clue lang at hindi automatic na diagnosis. Ang isang result can be seen in more than 1 na karamdaman.

ex. Lahat ba ng mucoid p**p with wbc, rbc and Entamoeba histolytica/dispar trophozoite ay talagang amoebiasis ang cause ng symptoms?

NO. As explained sa post dati, magkamukha ang E. histolytica na harmful at E. dispar na harmless. Puwedeng harmless E. dispar lang pala ang meron ang pasyente and something else pala is causing the wbc, rbc and symptoms.... let's say may mataas na fever ang patient at naadmit sa dehydration from pagtatae, culture may still need to be done to check if bacillary dysentery pala talaga ang sakit

👨🏻‍⚕️Mabenta ang mga posts and videos na mahilig mag-oversimplify. Hindi ko sadyang ginagawang complicated ang mga posts ko. Sa tunay na buhay, hindi po tayo puwede magrely sa "buzz words" - iyong paniniwalang ah basta may ____ word automatic _____ na ang sakit. Kailangang imatch ang symptoms sa story ng patient + findings sa physical exam + results if tests are neded.

❗️ANNOUNCEMENTS:

👨🏻‍⚕Non-vaccination CHECK UP is by walk-in first come first served. NO need to PM na pupunta kayo. Concern/s na need ng gamot ay need ipacheck up at hindi PM PM lang. Hindi po free magpareseta.
🏥HMOs accepted for physical clinic check up and for admissions. I am currently not accepting HMOs for online check up.
❌NO mix and match po. If child is sick (ubo sipon, diarrhea, etc. , then sickness po ang ichecheck and NOT included ang well child issues (vitamins, deworming, screening tests, etc), and developmental issues (delayed speech, delayed sitting, etc.). Multiple symptoms of related problem (ubo + sipon) sige lang pero
❌multiple types of check up (symptoms of sakit + development issue) ay no no lalo kung hindi ko regular patient... ❌magsisingit ng obviously unrelated symptoms ay no no also (ex. 2 days ubo sipon at saka sabay na rin ang 2 months rashes na never pinacheck)
❌not accepting newborns less than 1 month old... sa ibang pedia niyo ipa"catch" ang baby during panganganak at sa iba niyo ipacheck before 1 month old
🩺FOLLOW UP ay physical NOT online unless otherwise mentioned during the previous check up. Persistence of old symptoms and/or appearance of new symptoms require physical follow up not online tanong tanong.
💉*ACCINATIONS by appointment not by walk-in... PM me 2-3 days before planong araw para maready ko ang *accines. Cash and gcash accepted. No credit card no bank to bank transfer. Ideal date for *accination ay Wednesday Casa and Saturday HP.

🩶Laging nagkakapunit punit ang mga lagayan ko ng gamit sa clinic dahil sobrang daming laman. Sayang ang pera magpalit nang magpalit so as long as hindi butas ang ilalim, hinayaan ko na lang.
🩷Probably all pediatricians na under Philippine Pediatric Society may baby maleta galing convention. Since unusually marami ang inattendan kong lectures and conventions this year, dumami na ang baby maleta ko. 🩷 Dalawa pinamigay ko. Isa nilagyan ko ng skincare. Isa ginamit ko na sa clinic kanina. 😍
