ICYMI | Selected personnel from Cagayan State University–Lasam Campus participated in a Certifying Course on Basic Life Support (BLS) last April 20–21, 2026 at Hermes Hall, Athena Hotel, CSU Andrews Campus.

The training, in coordination with the Cagayan Valley Medical Center–Health Emergency and Disaster Management Unit (CVMC-HEMDU), is in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) Administrative Order No. 155, s. 2004, which mandates Basic Life Support competency among healthcare personnel, aiming to strengthen emergency response capabilities within institutions.
