One Ball, Endless OT Gains! 🔵✨

Here’s how these 6 simple moves support a child’s development:

​Tummy Time Rolls:
Builds head control and neck strength.

​Seated Bouncing:
Amazing for vestibular input and core stability.

​Prone Reaching:
Challenges bilateral coordination and shoulder stability.

​Wall Squats: Fantastic for proprioception and lower body strengthening.

​Leg Lifts: Works those deep abdominals (crucial for fine motor control later!).
​Push and Pull: Great for heavy work and motor planning.

OT Tip: If your kiddo has "the wiggles," 2 minutes of seated bouncing can be a total game-changer for their regulation!
