🍌 Blueberry Banana Bread 🍞
📝 Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
½ cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup fresh blueberries
🥣 Directions:
Preheat the Oven 🔥

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease 3 mini loaf pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients 🥄

In a medium bowl, mix together:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Cream Butter and Sugar 🧈🍬

In a large bowl, beat together:
1 cup white sugar
½ cup softened butter
Use an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla 🥚🍦

Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Incorporate Bananas 🍌

Beat in the 2 mashed bananas.
Combine with Dry Ingredients 🥄➕🥣

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture.
Beat until just combined into a thick batter.
Fold in Blueberries 🔵

Gently fold in 1 cup fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
Pour and Bake 🍞

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
Cool and Serve ❄️

Cool the loaves in the pans for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
