To educate and empower the children and youth in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive trainings and effective leadership, and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities.

1. Humanity - We serve people but not systems.
2. Impartiality - We care for the victims without discrimination.
3. Neutrality - We take initiative but never sides.
4. Independence - We bow to need but not to any person.
5. Voluntary service - We worked around the clock but never for personal gain.
6. Unity - We have many talents but a single idea.
7. Universality - We respect nations but our work knows no bounds.

𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐌𝐀𝐉𝐎𝐑 𝐎𝐁𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒
1. Inculcation of Humanitarian Values - The organization promotes the inculcation of humanitarian values and principles to enable them to live by them and be guided as they take future roles as humanitarian leaders.

2. Instill the Practice of a Healthy Lifestyle - We aim to help build a healthy community through youth participation and involvement as agents of behavioral change in health promotion and education towards a stronger nation.

3. Enhance Youth Leadership Skills through Service Delivery - Young people's leadership potential is honed by providing opportunities for direct involvement in the delivery of development and humanitarian services.

4. Advocate National/International Friendship - Young volunteers and leaders take part in promoting friendship and solidarity through intercultural and intergenerational dialogues and initiatives.

As a Youth Member of the premier humanitarian organization, I pledge to alleviate human suffering, protect life and dignity, to be a responsible citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, to conform with the objectives and policies of the Philippine Red Cross, its seven fundamental principles: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality and to be at all times be in the service for the suffering humanity.
