Pancit Palabok is a famous Filipino noodle dish made with rice noodles, a savory orange shrimp sauce, and colorful toppings. The key components include bihon or luglug noodles, annatto-infused seafood gravy, and garnishes like calamansi,hard-boiled eggs,shrimps,mussels,chicharon rinds and spring onions.

Dish Components
Noodles: Thin rice vermicelli (bihon) or round cornstarch noodles (luglug).
Sauce: A rich golden-orange gravy made from shrimp broth, ground pork, and annatto (atsuete) for color.
Toppings: Smoked fish flakes (tinapa), boiled eggs, fresh shrimp, green onions, and crunchy crushed pork rinds (chicharon).
