What began as a simple medical mission became a meaningful testament to unity, compassion, and genuine public service. As the Operation TuLI-NGAYEN in Brgy. Aliwekwek successfully concluded, a total of 472 young boys from the Southern Barangays were able to receive circumcision โ€” a milestone made possible through collective dedication and unwavering commitment to community health.

This noble undertaking was spearheaded by RHU III Physician, Dr. Shayne Delos Santos-Borling, together with the hardworking nurses and midwives whose service reflected both professionalism and sincere care for every child and family they encountered.

We extend our profound gratitude to all Barangay Officials and Barangay Health Workers for your invaluable cooperation and steadfast support throughout this endeavor. Your unity and sense of duty became the foundation of this successful outreach.
