We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Aquaculture Technician to support our daily aquaculture operations. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring aquatic stock, maintaining optimal water quality, implementing feeding programs, and ensuring the proper care and maintenance of ponds, tanks, and culture systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aquaculture and committed to producing healthy and high-quality aquatic species.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
Experience or specialization in crab culture is an advantage.
Knowledge of crab biology, aquaculture techniques, pond management, and water quality monitoring.
Ability to work in outdoor farm environments.
Strong observation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to assist in stocking, grading, harvesting, and other farm operations.
Committed to following farm biosecurity, safety protocols, and reporting any disease or environmental concerns.
