Eavaluatio and Orientation on Proper Disposal of Medical Records in Compliance with National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) Guidelines

The hospital recently welcomed the visit of the Records Officer for the evaluation and assessment pf medical records and documents identified for possible disposal. The activity aimed to ensure that records management practices are properly observed, particularly in determining which documents have already met their prescribed retention period and may be considered for disposal in accordance with the guidelines of the National Archives of the Philippines.

During the visit, the Records Officer conducted an orientation among concerned hospital personnel on the proper procedures for the classification, evaluation, preparation, and disposal of medical records. Emphasis was given to the importance pf maintaining accurate documentation, protecting patient confidentiality, and ensuring that disposal processes are carried out responsibly and legally.

The activity reinforces the hospital’s commitment to efficient records management, compliance with government standards, and the preservation of essential medical information while promoting a safe, organized, and secure healthcare environment.

Pagbisita ng Gobernador Trina Firmalo-Fabic sa Ospital Upang Tugunan ang mga Pangangailangan at Palakasin ang Serbisyong Pangkalusugan

Mainit na tinanggap ng ospital ang pagbisita ng Gobernador na naglaan ng oras upang personal na alamin ang kalagayan ng ospital, pakinggan ang mga alalahanin, at tukuyin ang mga pangangailangan ng de kalidad na serbisyong pangkalusugan sa komunidad.

Sa kanyang pagbisita, nakipagpulong ang Gobernador sa mga opisyan at kawani ng ospital upang mas maunawaan ang mga hamon na kinakaharap sa paghahatid ng episyente at abot-kayang serbisyong medical . Tinalakay ang mga hakbang para mapalakas ang pasilidad, mapahusay ang serbisyo, at higit na masuportahan ang mga health workers sa kanilang tungkulin sa pangangalaga ng mga pasyente.

Nagpapasalamat ang ospital sa malasakit at patuloy na suporta ng Gobernador sa pagsusulong ng mas maayos na serbisyong pangkalusugan. Ang pagbisitang ito ay nagpapakita ng sama samang layunin na mapabuti ang kalidad ng pangangalagang medikal at mailapit ang mas mahusay na serbisyo sa mamamayan.

On July 29, 2026 - a final revision and inspection were conducted to assess the project’s readiness for the upcoming construction phase. The upgraded facility strengthen’s the hospital’s capability to expand essential healthcare services, and provide safer, more responsive, and patient-centered care to the community.

Please be informed that there will be no Outpatient Department (OPD) services on July 24, 2026, Friday, due to the participation of our hospital staff in the Arbor Day activity.

OPD services will resume on Monday, July 27, 2026. Emergency services will remain available and continue to operate as usual.
