A story of strength, hope, and resilience. 🌸

From a heartbreaking 2nd trimester loss at 20 weeks, through a pregnancy complicated by hypertension, diabetes requiring insulin, cervical insufficiency managed with cerclage at 14 weeks, and recurrent preterm labor beginning at 24 weeks — every day was a battle worth fighting.

Today, this little miracle arrived safely via LSCS for footling breech presentation, proving that even the most high-risk journeys can end in triumph. 💖👶

Grateful for the trust of our patient and deeply thankful to my incredible team whose dedication, vigilance, and compassion made this successful outcome possible. 🤍

Perfect timing made all the difference. ✨

Born to a mother with APAS, this little fighter was delivered via LSCS III at 35 weeks due to a non-reassuring fetal heart rate pattern. What seemed like an early intervention turned out to be exactly what baby needed — with meconium already passed in utero.

A reminder that in high-risk pregnancies, vigilance saves lives. 💖

From the heartbreak of losing previous pregnancies to finally holding their long-awaited rainbow baby, this journey was marked by courage, resilience, and hope.

Born to a G3P0 (0020) mother with recurrent pregnancy loss due to APAS, complicated by hypothyroidism and gestational hypertension — every step of this pregnancy required close monitoring, trust, and teamwork.
