RLED ANNUAL MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT | MAINIT PRIMARY CARE FACILITY 🏥

August 26, 2026 | The Mainit Primary Care Facility proudly welcomed the RLED Team from the DOH Caraga for the annual conduct of the Monitoring and Assessment of our Primary Care Facility, Birthing Facility, Limited Laboratory, and overall facility operations.

The activity was led by our dedicated Public Health Nurses, Sir Ullysess XVA A. Sannoy and Ma’am Jenifer J. Piong, whose expertise and guidance contributed to the meaningful conduct of the assessment.

The monitoring visit served as an important opportunity to evaluate our compliance with established standards, strengthen the implementation of health programs, identify areas for improvement, and further enhance the delivery of safe, accessible, responsive, and quality healthcare services to every Mainitnon.

The Mainit PCF sincerely extends its appreciation to the RLED Team for their valuable guidance, technical assistance, and continued support in promoting quality and accountable healthcare delivery.

Through continuous monitoring, collaboration, and commitment to excellence, we remain dedicated to providing better health services and advancing the well-being of our community.

🎉📊 1ST BATCH OF FHSIS- DATA QUALITY CHECK SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED! 💙

August 28, 2026 | The Mainit Primary Care Facility successfully conducted and completed the 1st Batch of Data Quality Check (DQC) for our FHSIS indicators, covering the 1st six months of 2026.

The Target Client Lists (TCLs) and M1, M2, and M3 reports from all 7 Barangay Health Stations were thoroughly reviewed, validated and assessed to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our health data. 📋✅

We are grateful to welcome Ma’am Mimae Jane Mercado, HPO II – FHSIS Coordinator, Provincial DOH Office, for her time, expertise, and valuable guidance in reviewing our reports. Your insights greatly helped strengthen our documentation and reporting practices. 🙏💙

Ayon sa datos ng World Health Organization, higit sa 240 na Pilipino ang namamatay araw-araw dahil sa mga sakit na dulot ng sigarilyo, o higit sampung buhay kada oras.

Kaya mahalagang protektahan ang kabataan mula sa sigarilyo at sa pagkalulong sa nikotina. Huwag hayaang ang usok ngayon ay maging sakit sa hinaharap. Sa bawat batang inilalayo sa sigarilyo, may buhay tayong pinoprotektahan.

Sa sunod-sunod na pag-ulan, laganap din ang iba't ibang uri ng sakit. Ngunit alam mo ba na ang isa sa pinaka-epektibong panlaban dito ay nasa iyong mga kamay lang?

Ang ating mga kamay ang pangunahing ginagamit sa paghawak sa iba't ibang bagay na madalas ay kinakapitan ng mga hindi nakikitang bakterya at virus. Sa simpleng madalas at wastong paghuhugas ng kamay gamit ang malinis na tubig at sabon, napipigilan natin ang pagpasok ng mga mikrobyo sa ating katawan na maaaring magdulot ng diarrhea, cholera, typhoid fever, trangkaso, at marami pang ibang nakakahawang sakit.

Tandaan ang mahahalagang oras ng paghuhugas ng kamay:
✅ Bago at pagkatapos magluto,
✅ Bago at pagkatapos kumain, at
✅ Pagkatapos gumamit ng banyo o palikuran

Huwag magmadali sa paghuhugas ng kamay upang makasigurong ligtas ang buong pamilya. Gawin ang Wash O’ Clock sa loob ng 20 segundo.

Manatiling malusog at protektado sa anumang panahon!
