The final day of the FY 2027 National Conference was a vibrant celebration of teamwork, camaraderie, and the Multicare Eagle spirit.

Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc., a Lupin company, came together at Gemik Clark for an energizing day of team-building activities anchored on the themes of 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Across 10 teams, colleagues showcased high energy, strong collaboration, and great camaraderie—working together while enjoying friendly competition through a series of engaging physical challenges.

The festivities continued with “Lights, Camera, Icons…”—a Fellowship Night inspired by iconic personalities from the ’80s, ’90s, and beyond. The evening was filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful connections, brought to life through memorable performances, musical numbers, interactive games, and Best Dressed recognitions.

A truly unforgettable celebration of unity, culture, and the people who make us stronger together.

At Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc., a Lupin company, we believe that our focus on aligned direction, empowerment, and strengthening our shared commitment will drive greater success in FY2027.

On May 12, led by our President and CEO, Mr. Gabriel Georgy, together with our Leadership Team, the kick-off day centered on the strategic directions and priorities that will guide everyone to LEAD forward. The sessions reinforced shared commitments in achieving our FY2027 goals.

The following day highlighted the directions of each respective Therapeutic Area including the marketing cascade from different Brand Managers, ensuring stronger alignment across each Therapy Areas down to every district. And to further empower our Medical Associates with deeper product knowledge and greater confidence in detailing, the Selling Excellence Certification was also implemented. Wherein strengthening of their capabilities will continue to elevate customer engagement and performance excellence.

Together this FY2027, we move forward with clearer direction, stronger collaboration, and a shared purpose driving us forward as one.

Last May 11, 2026, Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc., a Lupin company in the Philippines, gathered for a meaningful evening that honored exceptional achievements, recognized years of commitment, and celebrated the individuals and teams who continuously contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Through the Zenith Awards, we proudly recognized outstanding individuals and teams for their remarkable contributions; honoring Sales Achievers among our Medical Associates, District Managers, and Brand Managers alongside our most prestigious awardees: District of the Year, Medical Associate of the Year, and District Manager of the Year. In addition, the Values Awards were presented to individuals who exemplify the organization’s core values in their daily work, embodying the spirit and culture of Lupin both within their teams and in their engagements.

We also celebrated an important milestone of loyalty and commitment through our 10-, 15-, and 20-Year Service Awards, recognizing team members whose passion and dedication have helped shape the Multicare journey over the years.
