IP Coder/ DRG Integrity Specialist
Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000 per month
Schedule: between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

📌 Requirements:
• 6+ years of inpatient hospital coding experience
• 3+ years of experience in DRG integrity, auditing, or related functions
• Strong knowledge of MS-DRG/APR-DRG reimbursement methodologies
• Active AHIMA or AAPC credential (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, or equivalent)
• Expert knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and medical record documentation
• Experience with coding audits, EMR systems, and compliance requirements
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with physicians and CDI teams
• Must have reliable computer equipment and internet connection, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
