Some days, this journey feels heavier than it looks…

Low carb and fasting is not just about losing weight.

It’s a daily battle—physically, mentally, emotionally… and even spiritually.

There are days my body feels weak,
my mind is full of doubts,
and my emotions are all over the place.

Cravings are not just hunger…
Sometimes, they are stress.
Sometimes, they are comfort.
Sometimes, they are pain I don’t talk about.

And in those quiet moments,
I realize this journey is also about healing.
Healing my relationship with food.
Healing my mindset.
Healing my emotional triggers.

And reconnecting with God for strength I cannot give myself.

This is holistic…
Not just physical change—but spiritual growth, mental discipline, and emotional healing.
It’s not perfect.

walang guilt, pero full of flavor pa rin! 🥥🐖
High in fiber ang puso ng saging,
tapos creamy pa sa gata at savory ang pork—solid combo kahit walang rice!
Pwede mo pa ipair sa lettuce or kainin as is—busog ka na, healthy ka pa 🙌

Fishing sa Taal Lake hits different—tahimik, presko, at ramdam mo yung peace na hindi mo mabibili.
Hindi lang ito tungkol sa huli…
ito ay tungkol sa patience, peace, at presence. 🙏
Kahit konti lang ang mahuli, okay lang—
ang importante, nakapag-reset ka, at na-enjoy mo ang moment.
