I've had to give up my love for bread because I just couldn't find a way to fit it in with my macros. I wasn't the biggest fan of keto bread either - they're just so dense and hard to swallow.

Lean chicken breast is the most accessible and possibly the best source of protein you can get from the supermarkets.

But lean chicken breast ~kind of~ has a bad reputation for being too repetitive and boring!
