I’m still buzzing with warmth from yesterday’s incredible experience! A huge thank you to the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) and Illumina Savoir-Faire Events for inviting me as a Guest Speaker for your National Women’s Month celebration.
The seminar, “HERmones: Understanding Women’s Bodies through Open Conversation,” held last March 5, 2026, at San Lorenzo Hall, OLFU Valenzuela, was such a meaningful space. It was an honor to share insights and engage in such honest, important dialogue about women’s health and well-being—especially during a month dedicated to celebrating and uplifting women.
To the organizers, thank you for the seamless arrangements and for creating a safe, inclusive environment where everyone felt comfortable to speak up and learn. And to the amazing audience—your curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to listen made every moment worth it. Your energy truly brought the discussion to life!
National Women’s Month is all about connection, empowerment, and breaking barriers, and this event embodied exactly that. I’m so grateful to have been part of it and to witness the passion of OLFU CHTM and Illumina Savoir-Faire Events in creating impactful initiatives.
