𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 | Congratulations! C/MAJ ALJUN JOSEPH O MARTIN 2CL on receiving your ROTC Cash Incentive! This recognition is a testament to your hard work, discipline, and the commitment you’ve shown to the program. Wear the uniform with pride—you’ve truly earned this reward.

As you celebrate this achievement, remember that the true strength of a Cadet Officer lies in the balance between the drill field and the classroom. The same focus required to lead a platoon is the very same discipline needed to master your academics. By maintaining high standards in your studies while fulfilling your duties, you prove that leadership is about more than just giving commands—it’s about leading by example with a sharp mind and a resilient spirit.

Your academic journey provides the knowledge, while your training provides the steel. Keep pushing forward with eyes front and mind sharp; the person you are becoming through this balance is your greatest achievement of all!

"Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment."
— Jim Rohn
