❤️ 64th PNA Regional Convention
Cold and rainy weather, but definitely filled with warm hearts! ❤️
Our Nursing Service staff had a wonderful time attending the 64th PNA Regional Convention at the Kaamulan Amphitheater, Malaybalay City. It was a meaningful experience filled with learning, sharing, laughter, and fellowship with our fellow nurses.
We came home with new knowledge, fresh inspiration, and beautiful memories to bring with us as we continue serving our patients.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Miguel Antonio C. Prantilla for allowing us to officially participate and for always supporting the growth and development of our Nursing Service.
Grateful for the opportunity, the learning, and the people who made this convention memorable. 👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🏥

Preparing for our Surgical Mission Handog Pasasalamat ❤️
Even before I left to attend the PNA Regional Convention, preparations for our Surgical Mission were already underway. The days leading up to it kept me busy, making sure everything was set and the necessary arrangements were in place. I’m very grateful that while I was away, everyone continued to work together and carry on with the preparations.
Special thanks to Elena Rasonable for helping set everything up, Beth for keeping the beds clean and tidy, our IW and Maintenance teams, and my co-staff Marjorie Gallogo, Marylou Veto, Keren Dy, Criselda Guerrero, Joan Sujetado, Jane Alambra, Marichu De Asis, Jill, Sarah, Elsie Jumamoy, Chelo Cudal, and Josie Lisondra for helping with our logistical and staffing needs.
Thank you also to Blossom for allowing Chyrill to be assigned to the Mission Station during her PM shift.
To Chyrill Closas, Ms. Gayon, our Surgical Ward, OR, and OPD staff, Maramag and Kibawe outsource Nurse thank you for sharing your time and effort, even during your off-duty hours. Your willingness to go the extra mile and help wherever needed means so much.
To all our supervisors and staff who supported the preparations, especially those who warmly welcomed and assisted our Governor during his visit, thank you for being there and helping things run smoothly (Ruby, Jill, Josie, Elsie, Jane).
This was never the work of one person. It was a team effort, made possible by people who willingly shared their time, effort, and heart in service to our patients and our community.
Daghang salamat sa inyong tanan! ❤️🙏

A successful Surgical Mission was held at Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center Hospital, bringing much-needed surgical services free of charge to patients through the initiative of our Provincial Governor Rogelio Neil Roque and Dr. J. Roel DeLeon (spearheaded by Maybeline Pepito “maybs”).
This meaningful mission was made possible through the dedication, teamwork, and strong collaboration of the different departments of Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center Hospital headed by our Chief of Hospital Dr. Miguel Antonio C. Prantilla, especially the Nursing Service (Spearheaded by Marilou M. lapuz), who worked hand in hand to ensure safe and compassionate care for every patient.
More than just a surgical mission, it was a beautiful reminder of what we can accomplish when we work together with one purpose—to serve, to care, and to make a difference in the lives of our people. ❤️

🎉 BPMC officially kicks off the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Week 2026! 🩺🛡️

Our staff and employees started the celebration by leaving their colorful handprints as a symbol of unity and commitment to safe, quality healthcare. We also had a fun and interactive IPC Shoot-Out Challenge, where participants tested their IPC knowledge by shooting the correct answers with Nerf guns—an exciting way to prepare for the IPC Quiz on Thursday, July 9, 2026! 🎯💙

The celebration continues tomorrow with our Poster Making Contest at the BPMC Conference Room. We look forward to seeing everyone's creativity in promoting this year's IPC theme.

📅 See you tomorrow!
