Kaya mo 'to! 👇

I DON'T KNOW WHO ADVISE FAT PEOPLE THAT GYM IS A PLACE FOR WEIGHT LOSS. WRONG !

Losing weight is

• 80% DIET ( Without this you will achieve nothing. 0 results)

• 10% INTENTIONAL EXERCISE [ HIITS, LISS, RESISTANT TRAINING]

• 5% PURPOSEFUL RESTS AND SLEEP

• 5% NEAT : None Exercise Activities Thermogenesis eg cooking, sweeping, washing, pulling, pushing.

WE DO NOT GO TO THE GYM TO LOSE WEIGHT.

We go to the gym to

- Be fit
- Build stamina
- Become strong: masculine strength
- Develop a resilient mental frame
- Refine our spiritual power

We don't go to the gym to lose weight. Losing weight begins in the kitchen and ends in the gym. Problem with FAT people is that they want shortcuts. So they go to the gym to torture themselves yet their dietary habits remain fault.

Listen, exercise is a health habit. It's important to do everyday but do not expect to lose weight. It's like brushing teeth, you need to do it everyday, right? But you can't lose weight through teeth brushing. That's exercise.

Infact you can lose weight effectively without even visiting the gym at all but FAT people don't know this, they are misinformed that weight loss will happen in the gym.

Funny enough after gym sessions they start gulping energy drinks, fruits and juices " to replenish energy lost". They are misled yet they don't want to Unlearn.

FAT PEOPLE, FIRST OF ALL START HERE:

The number 1 Exercise to lose weight in the easiest way is not even in the gym.. It’s not HIIT and it’s not hours in the gym.

Most people overlook this entirely. But when paired with one simple strategy, this becomes the most effective exercise for burning stubborn belly fat. First, it’s important to understand why so many people struggle with belly fat.

The common approach is to focus on “calories in vs. calories out.” So people cut calories and ramp up cardio. But this rarely leads to lasting fat loss—especially around the midsection.

Here’s why:

Your body doesn’t just burn calories, it decides what to burn.

It can burn:

• Glucose (sugar from food)
• Fat (stored body fat)

But most people stay in glucose-burning mode and rarely tap into stored fat.The main reason? Chronically elevated insulin levels. Insulin is the hormone that decides if your body burns fat or stores it.

When insulin is elevated, even slightly, fat burning stops. Because most people eat frequently and consume high-carb foods, their insulin levels remain chronically high. That’s why belly fat stays stuck. To lose belly fat, start by lowering insulin:

• Cut refined carbs and sugar
• Eat fewer meals (intermittent fasting)
• Avoid snacking

This helps your body switch to burning fat, especially between meals and overnight. But here’s what most people overlook. The type of exercise you do also affects your hormones.

High-intensity training eg those things you do called aerobics can be effective, but it often spikes cortisol (the stress hormone), which can increase belly fat, especially if sleep or recovery are poor.

So what kind of exercise actually supports fat loss?

There is one form of exercise that:

• Lowers cortisol
• Improves insulin sensitivity
• Promotes fat burning
• Reduces visceral belly fat
• Can be done daily without burnout

It’s simple, overlooked, and highly effective when done consistently That exercise is WALKING. Walking works because it keeps your body in a low-intensity, fat-burning state without raising stress hormones.

For best results, aim for:

• 45 to 60 minutes per day
• 8,000 to 10,000 steps daily
• A post-meal walk when possible
• A steady, comfortable pace

The benefits of walking go far beyond fat loss.

It also:
• Improves blood sugar control
• Enhances circulation
• Supports digestion
• Promotes relaxation and better sleep
• Boosts overall metabolic health

And most importantly, it’s simple, low-impact, and sustainable. Consistency is key. Even small missteps like frequent snacking can
raise insulin and stop fat burning for 24-48 hours. That’s why walking works best when combined with:

• A low-carb, nutrient-dense diet
• Two meals a day (intermittent fasting)
• No snacking between meals

With consistent effort over 4 to 6 weeks, your body begins to shift:

• Hunger decreases
• Energy becomes more stable
• Fat stores, especially around the belly, start to break down

This state is known as fat adaptation, and walking helps accelerate the transition If you’ve been struggling with belly fat despite eating less or exercising more, this could be the missing link:

• Lower insulin with a low-carb diet & fasting
• Walk daily to burn fat & balance hormones
• Stay consistent to let your body adapt

It’s simple & effective.

Summary:

Lowering insulin and taking daily walks supports your body’s natural ability to burn fat, especially around the belly. Stop torturing you with guess work in the gym.

Apply these 19 healthy habits today for your best health yet:

1. Only eat when you’re hungry.

2. Only drink when you’re thirsty.
Over-consuming liquid dilutes electrolytes, especially sodium, which can cause dehydration.

3. Carbonated water is more hydrating.

4. Find the diet that works best for you.

5. Practice intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting allows your body to recycle damaged proteins, create new tissues, clean up pathogens, and eliminate bacteria, viruses, and mold.

6. Stop snacking between meals.
Snacking keeps insulin high. Stopping snacking can significantly improve your health, even if you don’t change your diet.

7. Lower your carb intake.
The most important thing to look at when reading a label is the carbohydrates. You should consume no more than 30 grams of carbohydrates per day.

8. Request a fasting insulin test.
A fasting insulin test can help you prevent diabetes before it becomes a problem.

9. Test your vitamin D levels.
You need at least 10,000 to 20,000 IU of vitamin D per day. Magnesium is vital for proper vitamin D function.

10. Get plenty of potassium.
You need 4700 mg of potassium per day. Potassium calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, and increases energy.

11. Avoid synthetic vitamins and look for high-quality, nutrient-dense supplements.

12. Red meat is the most nutrient-dense protein, vital for health and well-being, energy levels, and healthy blood sugars.

13. Counter past antibiotic use with a homemade probiotic mixture to help restore your gut microbiota.

14. Overtraining can deplete your testosterone. Rest is vital to achieve muscle growth and to keep your hormones balanced.

15. Take vitamin B1 if you stray from your healthy diet.

16. Choose a natural source like beef liver or liver supplements if you need more iron.

17. Focus on exercise for age-related atrophy.

18. Take 50,000 to 100,000 IU of vitamin D before surgery.

19. Invest in a good water filter to remove forever chemicals from your drinking water.

Quality sleep starts with consistency more than “sleep hacks
” Here are practical habits that actually improve sleep quality:

1. Keep a fixed sleep schedule
Sleep and wake up at the same time daily — even weekends.
Your body clock works best with routine.
2. Limit screen time before bed
Avoid phones, TikTok, YouTube, gaming 30–60 minutes before sleeping.
Blue light suppresses melatonin (your sleep hormone).
3. Avoid caffeine late in the day
Coffee, energy drinks, milk tea, soda can affect sleep for 6–10 hours.
Try cutting caffeine after 2 PM.
4. Make your room sleep-friendly
Cool temperature
Dark room
Quiet environment
Comfortable pillow/mattress
Even small changes like blackout curtains or lowering fan temperature help.
5. Don’t force sleep
If you can’t sleep after ~20 minutes:
Get up
Read something light
Listen to calm music
Return to bed when sleepy
Staying in bed stressed trains your brain to associate bed with anxiety.
6. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before sleeping
Big meals can cause discomfort and acid reflux.
Alcohol may make you sleepy initially but reduces deep sleep quality.
7. Get sunlight and exercise
Morning sunlight helps regulate your body clock.
Regular exercise improves deep sleep dramatically.
Even a 20–30 minute walk helps.
8. Create a simple night routine
Example:
9:30 PM → dim lights
10:00 PM → shower/skincare
10:15 PM → read/journal
10:30 PM → sleep
Your brain starts recognizing “sleep cues.”
9. Manage overthinking
If your brain becomes active at night:
Write tomorrow’s tasks on paper
Journal worries briefly
Try slow breathing:
inhale 4 sec
hold 4 sec
exhale 6 sec
10. Watch for hidden sleep destroyers
Common ones:
Doomscrolling
Stress/anxiety
Irregular sleep schedule
Naps longer than 30 mins
Sleeping too late repeatedly
Adults generally need 7–9 hours of quality sleep.
