Institute of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Incorporated Offers sonography courses in 2D echo, vascular, OB, abdomino-pelvic, breast ultrasound. For clinicians, rad techs and selected allied health professionals.

IDMS, Inc. is a training institute for clinicians and allied health professionals interested in honing their sonography skills in abdominal, vascular, cardiac, breast, thyroid, obstetrics, and emergency ultrasound applications. We adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics and respect lawful authority accorded to ultrasound societies and other professional institutions. We assure our s

tudents of a fruitful learning experience thru a structured curriculum based on international norms and friendly work environment. Thus, they are able to perform the complete role of a “sonographer”.

“The quality of the sonographic examination is intrinsically linked to the skill of the sonographer who tailors the examination and interprets the sonographic findings by selectively recording anatomical images, physical data and real time physiological information. The final diagnostic report produced by the medical specialist is inherently reliant on the technical and intellectual skills of the sonographer.”

Conceptualized in 2008, IDMS’ registration with the SEC was only approved in 2011 after consultations with the Department of Health, the Ultrasound Society of the Philippines and the Board of Radiologic Technologist. This makes IDMS as the first, if not the only non-hospital or clinic based ultrasound training facility in the Philippines whose curriculum underwent and passed such scrutiny. Interested parties may email their PRC License, transcript of records and curriculum vitae to [email protected]. An orientation cm interview will be scheduled prior to enrollment. Other details of the program will be discussed during this orientation.
