Mindfulness at FriendlyCare The Mindfulness at FriendlyCare is a group of facilitators who are practicing meditation. Building mindful communities, supporting each other.

It aims to make mindfulness-based programs accessible to every Filipino. Trained and certified by the Centre for Mindfulness Studies - Toronto, we give online and face-to-face (when condition allows) group therapy programs that have evidence to manage recurring depression, manage mood and stress. We have been giving MBCT since 2018 and MWSR since 2016. MINDFULNESS-BASED COGNITIVE THERAPY is an evi

dence-based program recognized in US and UK and proven to help prevent the relapse of depression, manage mood. MINDFULNESS-BASED WELLNESS FOR STRESS REDUCTION (MWSR) is a mindfulness-based wellness program is group-based learning, which aim to help participants learn and practice life skills to cope with stress, anxiety, productivity, focus, burnout.
