H&L gives a wide-range of miscellaneous and concierge services ensuring a seamless and stress-free medical holiday. The following services showcase the innate Filipino values of compassion and hospitality:
1. Arrival and departure assistance
H&L arranges airport representatives to meet a client and their companion inside the airport. H&L also provides a Case Manager who will meet client on their arrival assisting them from day 1 until the day of their departure.
2. Ground transportation / Chauffeured transfer
H&Lโs fleet of vehicles are used for the clientโs convenience. Its minivan caters up to 7-8 passengers; and its sedan is also available for 3-4 passengers. H&L can arrange ambulance services for stretcher cases and clients in need of planeside or airport conduction.
3. Hotel accommodation and reservations
H&L gives the freedom to its clients in choosing their temporary home in Manila. H&L provides at least two (2) options for accommodations considering the clientโs budget and preference.
4. Ticketing/Airfare and leisure arrangements
H&L can facilitate either domestic or international airline ticketing arrangements for clients and their companions; through its affiliation with a travel agency.
5. Documentation arrangements
H&L ensures that all clients are safe to travel back to their home country and complies with the immigration rules and requisitions during their stay. H&L assists clients and their companionsโ documentation requirements as follows:
i. Visa extensions
H&L is capable of arranging visa extensions for medical travel clients and their companions. Fit to travel certificates and medical clearances
H&L facilitates the โFit to Travelโ certificate of the client and coordinates with their respective airlines for their clearance to fly back to their home country.
6. Private nurse and caregivers
H&L offers caregiver and private-duty nurses for clients in need of further assistance and medical care during hospitalization and recovery at their temporary accommodation.
7. Home service laboratory and diagnostic testing
H&L provides and accommodates laboratory and diagnostic testing at the comfort of their temporary residence in Manila.
8. Specialized diet meals and preparation
H&L can arrange delivery of meals for clients with specialized dietary requirements with specific preparations (e.g. Payment portability for clients
H&L has its own point-of-sales (POS) terminal available for clients in need of credit/debit card prompt payment requirements. Third Party Administration
H&L provides services for both insurance companies and their policy holders. Insurance companies may refer policy holders seeking medical services to H&L and policy holders may get their medical treatment plan and quotation from H&L which they can forward to their insurance providers. Insurance companies are assured that their policy holders are well-served and get to experience hassle-free medical procedures with H&L acting as a coordinator between the hospital and insurance company.
