The Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) continues to closely monitor air quality nationwide through its network of Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AQMS) to assess the extent and potential impacts of the reported haze.

Graduating Grade 12 and preparing to enter college, or currently enrolled in college
In good academic standing
From a family with a combined parental income of ₱20,000/month or less
Not currently receiving another scholarship grant from another organization
