We are aware of the allegations recently made against FOCUS Ambulance Service.

We categorically deny these claims. We are in possession of records, screenshots, and documented conversations showing that the transactions in question were properly settled. We are prepared to present these as evidence through the appropriate legal channels.

To the individual making these accusations, if you believe your claims are valid, we ask that you present your own evidence, including the alleged follow-up communications you have referenced. We are fully prepared to address every allegation with factual documentation.

Social media is not the appropriate forum for resolving legal disputes. Your public posts appear intended not to resolve the issue, but to damage the reputation of our business.

We also have records of attempts to directly communicate with one of our clients regarding our ongoing projects. Despite these actions, our client chose to continue working with FOCUS Ambulance Service because of the quality, professionalism, and reliability of the services we provide.
