Nakakatulong ba ito sa progress mo, o unti-unting binabawi yung effort mo?

Para sa iba, nakakatulong ang "cheat day" para sa cravings at para mas maging sustainable ang diet. Pero para sa iba, nauuwi lang ito sa unplanned overeating na nakaka-wipe out ng calorie deficit for the week.

Hindi mo kailangan ng cheat days. Kailangan mo ng eating plan na kaya mong i-sustain long-term.
