ASTRA: A Year of Remarkable Individuals
ASTRA, the Astronomy, Science, and Technological Research Association, has had a remarkable year in 2022-2023. We have accomplished so much, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our members, advisers, and leaders. 💗
We would like to start by thanking our club advisers, Ms. Jemimah Marie F. Tan and Ms. Aishan Joy L. Israel. They have been incredibly supportive of ASTRA, and they have helped us to grow and achieve our goals. We are so grateful for their guidance and mentorship.
Ms. Jemimah is a passionate educator 🌷 who has a deep love of science. She has always been there to support us, both academically and personally. Ms. Aishan is a creative and innovative thinker 🥰 who has helped us to come up with some amazing ideas. We are so lucky to have them as our advisers.
Neo Clark J. Dela Cruz has been an outstanding president for ASTRA. 📝 He has led the club with passion and dedication, and he has helped us to create a positive and supportive environment for learning. He is always willing to listen to our ideas, and he is always looking for ways to improve the club. We are so lucky to have him as our president.
Renée R. Reyes has been a valuable asset to ASTRA as vice president. 📋 She is always willing to help out, and she is always looking for ways to improve the club. She is a great organizer, and she is always able to get things done. We are so grateful for her hard work and dedication.
Niamh Reese B. Pamilar, the club's secretary, is a master of organization and attention to detail. 📚Her meticulous record-keeping has ensured that the club's ideas and plans are always preserved. Niamh's contributions are invaluable, and the club is incredibly grateful for her dependability.
Jhe Marie Beroña, our treasurer, is a little gem that we are so lucky to have in our club. 🏦 She has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage our finances with the utmost care and attention to detail. She is always organized and efficient, and she is always willing to help out. She is a valuable asset to our club, and we are so grateful for her commitment to our club.
Elijah Matthew U. Palacio, our reliable auditor, has done an excellent job. 💰 He has kept our records organized and accurate, and she has helped to ensure that the club runs smoothly. He is highly detail-oriented, and he is always willing to go the extra mile. His perseverance to our values is a testament to his character and integrity.
We would also like to thank our grade level representatives for their hard work and dedication. Raphael Tristan D. Meraña, Princess Angelie Gabrielle C. Regudo, Noreen Joy D. Nicolas, and Celica Gwyneth A. Bobila have all been excellent representatives for their grade levels, and they have helped to make ASTRA a more inclusive and welcoming club. They are all very passionate about science, and they are always willing to share their knowledge with others. We are so grateful for their contributions. 🥰💛
The Creative Team is the backbone of ASTRA's marketing and branding efforts. 🎨🖌️ Emmanuellee R. Naungan, James Claude D. Plaza, John Anthony A. Sanchez, and Jheyan Nica M. Villaceran are talented artists who have created stunning posters, flyers, and other materials that have helped to make ASTRA more visible on campus and attract new members. They are always coming up with new and innovative ways to showcase ASTRA's activities and events, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our materials are error-free and visually appealing. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we could not function well without them.
Finally, we would like to thank all of the members of ASTRA. You are all amazing individuals, and you have made this year so special. You are all so passionate about science, and you are always willing to learn new things. We are so grateful for your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm. 🪐👩🚀
As we sign off from this chapter, let our motto resonate: "Per aspera ad astra." This Latin phrase means "Through hardships to the stars." We have faced many challenges this year, but we have also achieved many successes. We are so proud of what we have accomplished, and we are excited to see what the future holds for ASTRA. 🔭🌌
