We would like to inform our valued clients, partners, and the public that MARY ANN P. MARCELINO, formerly a Customer Service Representative (CSR) of BAMBANG PHARMACEUTICAL DEPOT INC., is no longer connected, affiliated, or associated with our company, effective MARCH 8, 2026.
As of the effective date of separation, the said individual is no longer authorized to represent, transact, or communicate on behalf of BAMBANG PHARMACEUTICAL DEPOT INC. in any capacity.
Any business, service, transaction, or representation made by the said individual is not connected with, authorized by, endorsed by, or affiliated with our company.
We are issuing this announcement to prevent any confusion and to ensure that our valued clients, partners, and the public are properly informed regarding the individual's current status and affiliation. We would also like to remind all former employees that their contractual obligations that survive separation from employment, including applicable confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations, remain subject to the terms of their respective employment agreements.
