Picky eater ba ang anak mo? 🍽️

What if your child's tantrum isn't about being difficult... but about feeling overwhelmed? 💙

Many autistic children don't have the words to say, "It's too loud," "I'm scared," or "I can't handle this right now." Sometimes, a tantrum is their way of communicating what they can't express.

Instead of asking, "How do I stop this behavior?" try asking, "What is my child trying to tell me?"

By recognizing possible triggers—such as loud noises, changes in routine, hunger, or sensory overload—you can better understand your child's needs and respond with patience and support.

A little understanding can make a big difference.

Positive behavior doesn't happen overnight—it grows with patience, understanding, and consistency. 💙

Every child communicates in their own way. Sometimes, challenging behaviors are a sign that they're overwhelmed, frustrated, or trying to express a need they can't put into words.

At home, small daily habits can make a difference:
✨ Keep routines consistent.
✨ Celebrate positive behaviors.
✨ Give clear, simple instructions.
✨ Stay calm during difficult moments.
✨ Look for possible triggers before reacting.

Supporting your child starts with understanding what they may be trying to communicate.

How does your child show love through play? 💙

Children with Autism may communicate through different ways ng pag-laro. Some show love by wanting you near. Some by letting you follow their lead. Some by sharing what matters sa kanila.
Pag naintindihan mo ang love language nila through play, you're understanding how they show up sa world—not trying to change them.

💛 Join them sa favorite nilang laro.
💛 Celebrate the little wins.
💛 Respect their pace.
💛 Make them feel safe, seen, and accepted.

Those small moments may not seem like much today, but they're slowly building trust and connection.

At tandaan, every autistic child is different. What works for one child may not work for another, and that's okay. Ang importante, patuloy tayong nakikinig, nag-oobserve, at natututong makilala sila sa sarili nilang paraan.

✨ What's one simple bonding moment na favorite ninyo ng anak mo? Share it in the comments. Baka makatulong din sa ibang parents.
