Successful Migration of ENNHSR to the Upgraded Cloud Infrastructure

The Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) is pleased to announce the successful migration of the Electronic National Newborn Hearing Screening Registry (ENNHSR) to its new and upgraded cloud infrastructure.

The migration has been completed successfully, and the ENNHSR system is now fully operational. Users may continue accessing the system through the same website:

No changes to the system URL or user accounts are required. The migration was completed internally to provide a more reliable, secure, and high-performing platform while ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

The Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) would like to inform all users that the Electronic National Newborn Hearing Screening Registry (ENNHSR) will undergo a scheduled system migration as we transition back to our new and upgraded cloud infrastructure.

End: Monday, July 20, 2026, 7:00 AM (Philippine Time)

During this period, the ENNHSR system will be temporarily unavailable. Users are advised to complete and save any ongoing transactions before the scheduled downtime.

This migration is part of our continued efforts to provide a more reliable, secure, and high-performing platform for all newborn hearing screening facilities nationwide.

The Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) would like to inform all ENNHSR users that, due to concerns and issues encountered following the launch of the Electronic National Newborn Hearing Screening Registry (ENNHSR) on the cloud infrastructure, we have temporarily reverted the system to our physical servers while we continue to address and resolve the identified issues.

No action is required from users. There is no need to access a different website or update your bookmarks, as this change has been implemented internally. You may continue accessing ENNHSR using the usual website:

The migration to the cloud marks an important step toward improving the system's reliability, performance, security, and scalability for newborn hearing screening facilities nationwide.

⚠️ Please note that the previous ENNHSR website (ennhsr.telehealth.ph) has been decommissioned and is no longer available. All users are advised to access ENNHSR exclusively through the new cloud platform.

Launch of the Electronic Newborn Hearing Screening Registry (ENNHSR) on Cloud Infrastructure

The Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) is pleased to announce the successful migration of the Enhanced Newborn Hearing Screening Registry (ENNHSR) to its new cloud-based infrastructure.

New ENNHSR Cloud URL: https://ennhsr.nhsrc.net

The cloud-hosted ENNHSR will officially go live on Monday, June 22, 2026.

As part of this transition, the existing ENNHSR system hosted at https://ennhsr.telehealth.ph will be permanently decommissioned on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

Important Reminders:

Users are advised to complete any ongoing transactions and ensure that all necessary data has been properly saved before the shutdown schedule.

Beginning June 22, 2026, all users should access ENNHSR exclusively through the new cloud platform. Existing user accounts and system functionalities will remain available in the new environment unless otherwise advised.

This migration is part of NHSRC's continuing efforts to improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and availability for all newborn hearing screening facilities nationwide.

Should you encounter any issues accessing the new system, please contact the NHSRC technical support team through the usual support channels.

Kindly be informed that the Newborn Hearing Screening Reference Center (NHSRC) will be conducting its “Mid-Year Strategic Planning” from June 18-19, 2026 (Thursday & Friday).

There will be no payment processing or pick up of registry seals at both the NHSRC Office and the Cash Office during this period.

Please ensure that any urgent request for services be submitted on or before June 17, 2026.

E-mails and messages may still be sent to the NHSRC contact information, but regular correspondence and office hours will resume on June 22, 2026 (Monday).
