Exploring foods from different places is a wonderful way to build food curiosity and create positive experiences around eating. Kids can take part in the kitchen by helping wash ingredients, stir, smell spices, notice colors and textures, or simply be around a new food without the pressure to taste. 💚

Before encouraging a child to taste a new food, try encouraging them to 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 it first. Talk about what you notice together—its color, shape, texture, smell, or even the sound it makes when you break it apart.

Small moments of exploration can lead to big steps in learning about food. 💚

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗰𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿
- Great first feeding chair, as it is able to recline, then sit upright
- Chair adjusts to grow with your toddler
- Folds for easy storage between meals (if desired)
- Infant chair can be taken off of the base when it is time to bring baby to the table.
- Can adjust to be a booster or a stool configuration, however, neither of these options provides sufficient foot support, and the stool configuration does not provide sufficient back or side support.
