GOOD AM !
Day 1 of my retirement day.
As I promised Yesterday I will continue my life's narrative today .

My Journey for RESIDENCY.

Since June 16, 2016 to February 10, 2002 had been so unforgettable . I gained so many friends and acquiantances who until now are my friends still. Because of my stint there I can have access to the hospital because they considered me as an extension physician of BPH - Maramag not until of the change of administration .
During my first application at RHU - Maramag , I applied and had undergone PSB's ( Personnel Selection Board) scrutiny but on those days I had no intention to transfer because of my love to work in the hospital. I told Dr. Ronnie Bonggocan who was married then to a resident of Maramag ( Santos) that I will decline if accepted. However Mayor Antonio S. Doromal accepted me but I declined but did not accept other applicant still. Again , I went back to BPH - Maramag . Several times I tried to try my luck to be applying for residency training although before I work in BPH - Maramag I already did residency training in Pediatrics at Sacred Heart Hospital in Cebu City under Dr. Vivina Chiu's tutorage but incidents did happen that all of us stopped and I was supposed to be transferred to Perpetual Succor Hospital bit because the pay was not sufficient to cover my expenses during the training I did work in BPH - Maramag. Dr. Venus V. Tagarda was my last COH when I did transfer to RHU . I used to apply for residency training like in Davao Medical Center for Anesthesiology and I was again accepted. The Chief resident then was Dr. Prantilla with 13 OR tables with no second year resident and I was the only supposedly first year resident because at those times most of the doctors did atudy Nursing for greener pastures in the USA so again I declined . ( feeling nako mora ko ug maghikog).
The last of my residency trial was when I exammed for the National Examination for residency training in1999 and I passed and was accepted in Davao Regional Hospital ( now Davao Regional Center) in Apokon , Tagum City as a resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology of which I only had a short stint only as preresidency trainee but stopped because my husband , Renato Assumpto Y. Revilla didn't want me to finish it. Actually when I did the exam I told him moexam lang ko Pang kay magpauban ako barkada sa Cebu dili man jud ko magtraining. I even saw Dr. Mark Arcayera ( if I remember it right) took the exam too.But upon knowing the result I told him , Pang , mgtraining ko bi . But he told me dili man kaha ka mgtraining unya mg 1 year old pa baya si Atet ( Concepcion Kristy Revilla) sa December 8 , 1999) . Dr. Cosette Galve was our Chief Resident then. But because of our misunderstandings , our second baby ( Felice Diane C. Revilla ) was conceived and delivered in August 23, 2000) so my training was put on stop . No more training was deemed to put on hold forever.
I went back to BPH - Maramag . So thankful of Ninong Dr. Venus Tagarda for the understandings of my luck in residency.
