This wasn't just about individual skill—it was about strategy, brotherhood, and leaving everything on the mats for the Sinag flag.

Huge respect to the warriors from Mindoro and Binangonan for pushing our team to the absolute limit and putting up a spectacular, high-level display of martial arts. But when the dust settled, the Sinag squad executed the game plan flawlessly and took home the Team Sparring Victory! 🏆🥇

Another victorious day!! SINAG ITF UNION successfully concluded the PITF Summer League 2026 as the OVERALL CHAMPION, bringing home an incredible total of 27 MEDALS from our dedicated team of 16 athletes! 🥋☀️

This achievement reflects the hard work, discipline, and fighting spirit of every athlete who represented our team on the mats. Every match was fought with heart, determination, and true sportsmanship. ☀️

​Please take note of our schedule adjustment for this upcoming weekend:

​❌ Saturday, May 23: NO CLASSES. Our instructors and coaches are heading to the PITF Summer League in Binangonan to compete!
✅ Sunday, May 24: CLASSES RESUME. We are right back at it the very next day to keep the momentum going!

​Existing Students: Enjoy the Saturday break, support the coaches, and see you back in uniform on Sunday.

​New Inquiries & Trial Classes: We will not be catering to walk-ins this Saturday. Kindly send our page a message to book your slot for Sunday's resumption or next week.
