"I have been a Pure Barley user since I joined I AM Worldwide Corporation during my pregnancy.

2 weeks early before my full term, my blood pressure went up and I had to be confined in the hospital for 4 days for monitoring. My doctors were having a dilemma of delivering my baby too early for it would put my baby at risk and keep her incubated to help improve her respiratory system. To avoid this risk, they wanted to try prolonging my delivery since I would be her best incubator until full term, but this would mean putting my life at risk since my blood pressure was not stable and it was leading me towards eclampsia.

While at the hospital, I never stopped putting my faith in God and I decided to continue taking Pure Barley. I prayed and entrusted my baby’s life to God, that if I would have to deliver early, my baby would be okay and strong.

On the night of September 4th, I started having difficulty in breathing. Headache was ridiculously intolerable and I started vomiting. They had to keep an eye on my blood pressure every 5 minutes and made sure that it was maintained at 140/90. As soon as it became stable, they had me sign the consent letter allowing them to perform caesarian delivery on me. The doctor explained that I was in bad labor and it could lead me towards seizure which would put me and the baby in a worse situation.

The next thing I knew I was being transferred to the operating room, epidural was injected, and everything became numb. I just kept praying and I was not scared. Then I heard my baby crying. It was 12:30 am of September 5th. I knew that she would be okay.

After that, I didn’t get to see my baby for 2 days. I just knew that she was being incubated and they were keeping her healthy. I could only wait for what they had to say. The next day, the pediatrician visited me in my room. He said my baby was very healthy, they only had to support her with oxygen after delivery, but miraculously there were NO COMPLICATIONS found. First screenings were perfect and there was nothing to worry about, and that he would have her sent to my room within the same day since it was no longer necessary to keep her in their intensive care.

I almost cried. I was very thankful and grateful to God. I knew His plans were not to harm me and my baby. I did what I had to do to make sure my baby would be healthy from the time I was pregnant to the time I was being monitored before I delivered. I kept PRAYING. I kept drinking PURE BARLEY.

My baby is premature, but because I believe in Pure Barley and I have faith in God, she is very healthy and strong.

I still take PURE BARLEY while breastfeeding, I produce milk and my baby is happy. We just had our first doctor’s visit, and the doctor said everything is perfect! 😊
