Sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kagitingan, inaalala natin ang tapang at sakripisyo ng mga bayaning Pilipino na nag-alay ng buhay para sa ating kalayaan. Hindi lang natin minamana ang kalayaan, may responsibilidad tayong ipaglaban at pangalagaan ito.

Kung noon ay lumaban sila para sa ating kalayaan, ngayon, tayo naman ang tinatawag na lumaban—hindi sa digmaan, kundi sa katotohanan, integridad, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Thank you to our speaker, Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian Ms. Jeean Rico, for sharing valuable and practical nutrition guidance with our dialysis patients and their families, and for introducing Good Gut as part of maintaining better digestive health. 🥗✨
