𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗥𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🚒

Last May 20, 2026, 𝗦𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮 conducted a Fire Drill Training focused on emergency reorientation and evacuation simulation to strengthen preparedness, coordination, and safety awareness among employees and staff.

This activity was facilitated by the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕.𝗙.𝗣.).

Through continuous training and teamwork, we remain committed to providing a safe environment for our patients and community.

During our 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 celebration, 𝗦𝘁. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮 shared a small token of appreciation with our patients, doctors, and employees. 🌸

It was a simple way of saying thank you to all the mothers whose love, strength, and compassion inspire us every day. Seeing the smiles and warm moments shared during the activity truly made the celebration meaningful.

Staying hydrated is essential—especially during hot weather. When your body loses more fluids than you take in, it can lead to dehydration, which may cause dizziness, weakness, and other health concerns.

• Drinking 6–8 glasses of water daily
• Bringing a water bottle when going out
