Misunderstanding about "OIL BASED"
Fragrance Oil - is the "KEY" to any perfumery products. A perfumer creates it, based on design or profile perceived to be acceptable to the target market.
Concentration of Fragrance Oil:
1. Eau de parfum - 15-25%
2. Eau de Toilette & Eau de Colonge -3% - 15%
3. Body Splash - 2-4%
4. After Shave 1-3%
5 Perfume oil/Solid Perfume - 15-25%
