After one week, βMaβam , galing ng coffee, di ako nagugutom agad tska okay ung poopoo ko ang ganda ng flow. Pansin ko din usually pag nag kakaroon ako, sumasakit ulo ko. Pero since nag ugc ako, hindi ko sya naramdamanβ π
