Buligi ninyo kami nga protektahan ang aton mga kabataan pamaagi sa pag tugot sa amon nga makabaton Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccine ang mga eligible ninyo nga mga kabataan. Ang inyo desisyon subong makabulig gid protekta indi lamang sa inyo mga kabataan kundi pati sa bilog ta nga kumunidad sa measles (tigdas) kag rubella (makayha).

On August 12, 2026, the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) was officially launched at Barangay 6, Poblacion, marking another important step in our continued commitment to protecting children and strengthening immunization efforts in the community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Punong Barangay Hon. Romeo Vinson and the Barangay Council, BHWs and BNS for their warm support, cooperation, and active participation in making the launch a success.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to our Head Nurse, Ma’am Emee Horegue, RN, to our Doctor to the Barrio (DTTB), Dra. Raia Val Laureen Tababa, M.D., and our dedicated DOH NDPs and RHMPP for their invaluable support, hard work, and commitment to ensuring the successful implementation of this important health initiative.

Most importantly, we thank all the parents and guardians who participated and entrusted their children to our healthcare team by allowing them to receive the MR vaccine. Your cooperation and commitment to your children's health play a vital role in protecting not only your families but the entire community.

Hon. Ella Celestina D. Garcia-Yulo encourage every parent and guardian in Moises Padilla to join us in the Ligtas Tigdas Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) in partnership with the Department of Health, from August 10–28, 2026.

The health and future of our children remain one of our greatest priorities. By bringing your children 6–59 months old to your nearest Barangay Health Station or the Moises Padilla Primary Care Facility, you are giving them an added layer of protection against measles and rubella—diseases that can lead to serious complications but are preventable through vaccination.

We are truly grateful for the positive feedback and commendation given to our team for our dedication, teamwork, and commitment to delivering quality primary healthcare services. This recognition inspires us to continue striving for excellence.

Our heartfelt thanks to the DOH NIR RLED and PhilHealth monitoring team for their valuable guidance and support.
