To better serve our valued clients and their beloved pets, Hero Veterinary Clinic is pleased to announce our updated veterinarian duty schedule effective Monday June 22, 2026!!!

🏥 GABALDON BRANCH
🗓 Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
🗓 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN and 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🗓 Sunday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

🏥 DINGALAN BRANCH
🗓 Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN

🏥 ANIMAX FORT MAGSAYSAY BRANCH
🗓 Every Saturday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

🛍️ Please note that all branches remain OPEN DAILY as early as 8:00 AM for retail products, pet supplies, feeds, medicines, and pet needs.

At Hero Veterinary Clinic, we continuously strive to improve our services and provide quality veterinary care for your pets. With these extended veterinarian duty hours, we can accommodate more consultations, treatments, vaccinations, and emergency concerns.

A Victory Against Parvovirus!

Today, we proudly celebrate Sky and Bebang for surviving and conquering one of the deadliest diseases in dogs, PARVOVIRUS.

Not all puppies are fortunate enough to survive this dangerous viral infection that causes severe vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, weakness, and can quickly become fatal if left untreated. But because of the love and dedication of their fur parents, immediate veterinary attention, early diagnosis, and the continuous effort of our veterinary team, Sky and Bebang fought bravely and recovered successfully.

Their recovery was possible through intensive care, proper medications, supportive treatment, close monitoring, and teamwork between the clinic staff and their owners. Cases like this remind us how important it is to bring pets to the veterinary clinic as early as possible once signs of illness appear.

EARLY DIAGNOSIS SAVES LIVES.
The sooner Parvovirus is detected and treated, the higher the chance of survival.

Please be informed that our veterinarian will be attending the Philippine College of Canine Practitioners 2nd Annual Post Graduate Scientific Conference (Companion Animal National Integrated Symposium) in Baguio City from May 26–28, 2026. This continuing professional development activity is part of our commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements and best practices in veterinary medicine to provide better care for your beloved pets.

During this period, veterinary consultations, treatments, and other professional veterinary services will be temporarily unavailable as our veterinarian is attending the conference.

Good news! Our clinic will remain OPEN for retail services during these dates. Pet food, vitamins, supplements, grooming products, and other pet care supplies will still be available for purchase during regular business hours.

Good Evening po, para po sa mga nag nanais na mag pa-vaccine at magpapa-check up. Wala po si Dra. Rwn G. Simon ngayon hanggang bukas ng gabi. Sa 28 nalang po kayo magpunta, pero open nmn po ang clinic para sa mga nais na bumili ng dog food, cat food, atbp.
