“Effective po ba doc ang mga gamot sa sipon tulad ng neozep o off-colds?”

SIPON (Colds) on

Colds is very common during the rainy days. Many patients contract viruses very often and develop flu-like symptoms such as colds and cough.

To answer the patient’s question, here’s a study in 2013 showing effectiveness of cold medications containing paracetamol + phenylephrine + chlorpenamine like Neozep, Off-colds, Disudrin etc.

Study found that it is effective to relieve colds based on the clinical trial. We give them every 8 hours but it can be given to a maximum of every 4 hours per day. But consulting your doctor is still essential as there are side effects to these medications.
