Alam mo ba kung paano naipapasa ang rabies?

📌 Rabies is transmitted through the saliva of an infected animal.
Karaniwan ito sa:
✔️ Kagat (animal bite)
✔️ Kalmot na may laway
✔️ Pagdila sa may sugat o open wound

Hindi kailangan malalim ang sugat para maging at risk. Once na may exposure, delikado na agad. ⚠️

💡 Reminder: Hugasan agad ang sugat ng sabon at umaagos na tubig for at least 15 minutes, then magpunta agad sa Animal Bite Center for proper treatment and vaccination.

Observe Muna Reminder:

Yes, pwedeng i-observe ang hayop —
pero ang sugat?🙅
Hindi puwedeng i-delay ang vaccine.

Habang nag-oobserve, dapat naka-start na ang anti-rabies shots.
Time is critical.

Kapag nakagat, nakalmot, o nadilaan sa may sugat ng a*o o pusa, huwag balewalain. Kahit mukhang healthy ang hayop, puwede pa rin itong may rabies.

✅ Hugasan agad ang sugat ng sabon at umaagos na tubig for 15 minutes.
✅ Magpabakuna agad ng Anti-Rabies Vaccine.
✅ Tapusin ang buong schedule ng bakuna para fully protected.
