For a midstream clean-catch urine sample, proper collection helps reduce contamination and provides a better-quality specimen for laboratory examination. 🔬

Here’s the simple way:

🧼 CLEAN – Clean the ge***al area as instructed.
🚽 START – Begin urinating into the toilet.
🫙 COLLECT– Collect the midstream portion in the sterile container.
🔒 CLOSE – Secure the container without touching the inside.

✨ J-Lab Tip: Keep the inside of the container and lid clean, and submit your specimen as instructed by the laboratory.

💙 Remember: Proper specimen collection is an important first step toward reliable laboratory testing.
