It is with profound sadness that we honor the memory of Ms. April, a foundational member of our team and a truly gifted phlebotomist. As one of our pioneer staff members, she helped shape the very heart of our clinic, and her impact on our colleagues and our patients remains immeasurable.

She approached her life and her work with remarkable grace and an unwavering spirit that inspired everyone around her. Her legacy is one of compassion, dedication, and the gentle, steady hand she extended to everyone she met.

PAANO MAG-REGISTER SA PHILHEALTH YAKAP GAMIT ANG eGovPH APP? ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ’™

Alam mo ba na maaari ka nang mag-register sa PhilHealth YAKAP nang hindi pumipila sa opisina? Gamit lang ang iyong smartphone at ang eGovPH App, GO na GO na ang iyong libreng check-up at gamot!

Sundin lang ang 6 na simpleng hakbang na ito:

๐Ÿ‘ฃ Mga Hakbang sa Pag-register:
Hakbang 1: Buksan ang eGovPH App at Mag-login
I-open ang iyong eGovPH App sa smartphone. Mag-login gamit ang iyong biometrics o registered MPIN. (Siguraduhing Verified ang iyong account!)

Hakbang 2: Pumunta sa National Government Agencies
Sa homepage ng app, i-tap ang "National Government" o "Agencies". Sa listahan na lalabas, hanapin at piliin ang "PhilHealth".

Hakbang 3: I-access ang PhilHealth Portal
Awtomatikong magli-link ang app sa iyong records gamit ang iyong PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN). Hanapin at i-tap ang opsyon para sa "YAKAP Registration" o "Select YAKAP Provider".

Hakbang 4: Maghanap ng YAKAP Provider
I-click ang "Add YAKAP Provider". Gamitin ang drop-down menu upang piliin ang iyong Province at City/Municipality. Piliin ang IMMANUEL DIAGNOSTIC AND DRUG TESTING LABORATORY kung malapit ito sa lugar nyo.

Hakbang 5: I-kumpirma ang iyong Pagpili
Suriin ang pangalan at address ng napiling klinika. Kung tama ang lahat, i-click ang "Confirm" o "YES" upang opisyal na mai-save ang iyong registration.

Hakbang 6: I-verify ang YAKAP Status
Bumalik sa iyong PhilHealth dashboard sa eGov app. Makikita mo na rito ang pangalan ng iyong napiling klinika at ang petsa ng iyong pagkakarehistro! ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ’ก MAHALAGANG PAALALA PAGKATAPOS MAG-REGISTER:
Upang magamit ang mga libreng laboratoryo at gamot (na nagkakahalaga ng hanggang โ‚ฑ20,000 kada taon), kailangan mo munang pumunta sa iyong napiling klinika para sa iyong Initial Check-up (unang konsultasyon) upang ma-encode ang iyong medical profile.
